After a game crash or bug, in order to provide you with support, we may ask you to send us your game saves or hardware information, in order to diagnose the problem and fix it. This will happen on a voluntary, non-automatic basis. We store support emails for the sake of providing better support in the future, and for the sake of getting back in touch with users if the issue receives an update.
We collect information about your use of and interaction with our websites via standard server logs. These logs includes your public IP address and browser user agent, and which of our websites you accessed. This data is never shared with anyone, and is used for server error checking and security. We do not use this information to personally identify you, and it is deleted automatically on a weekly basis.
Upon your request, we will delete any information that is collected about you through our own services. This may cause certain services to no longer be available to you, if the data is necessary for the services to function.
We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law.
