I'm the kind of person who dabbles in a wide variety of fields. I like the feeling of carrying over knowledge and skills from unrelated fields. I'm always insanely curious to figure out how things work down to the last piece. I think I just have a natural passion to learn without much discouragement. I see failures as a new place to start and do better, no one ever did it perfect on the first attempt. I have been making games and drawing before kindergarten even happened. I have made a mountain of terrible games and I'm glad I did, I wouldn't have wanted to spend my childhood doing anything else. I love to make comics and tell stories through them, but comics are a horrible wrist breaking hole of little return. I still want to keep doing it, I just need more days dedicated the craft. As for stories in games, I would rather the stories be told through the environment. Older games were able to do this so amazingly well because they had no other option. I'm glad more people are rediscovering that. The same goes for teaching players, show don't tell!
