Traditional ink nibs and digital touch ups. Perspective and scenery. I wanted to give the reader a full view of the complex and to improve my skills are texturing rock faces. I used the building arch to frame the panel. The white space really helps focus everything. |

Perspective and scenery. I snuck 5 different faces into the plants. The idea here was to get across confinement despite the open nature of the mansion. The plant is able to work its way down but Nadia can't. |
An attempt to organize and layer space and time using open and closed panels. I think the end result was highly effective. I also really enjoyed working in Nadia's inner thoughts by having her imagine her teachers as weird food-monsters. |
Illustrator. This 13x18 inch poster was printed for a few anime conventions. I spooked and amazed many people with it. Overall people really liked it. |

Concept art for a town hall. high ground and the rising fog is an important part of this town's culture. I attempted to get this across in the drapes, the high hanging lanterns, chimes, and the open ceiling. |
Concept art for a re-imagined Wizard of Oz adventure game in an empty frozen wasteland. Here the tin man's head has become a lantern and shelter for the lion who is now a kitten made of fire. The scarecrow is now literally a crow who is written to be clever. |

I had fun making a word bubble confusion of repeated cake. I think the design gets across the shared madness between the two. |
